556d Terms and Conditions – Rules and Player Rights

1Acceptance of Terms

The use of any feature on 556d — including the simple act of creating an account — constitutes full and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each game type available on the platform.

These Terms apply to all services provided by 556d to players located in Brazil. The platform operates in compliance with current Brazilian legislation applicable to online betting and entertainment services, including the Ministry of Finance regulations on fixed-odds betting.

2Eligibility & Registration

To create an account on 556d and use the platform's services, the Player must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration — 556d does not accept underage players and carries out verification checks to ensure compliance;
• Be a resident of the Brazil and hold a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, with no court restrictions or guardianship arrangements that would prevent the execution of electronic agreements;
• Not be listed on any gambling self-exclusion registry in Brazil or enrolled in any responsible gaming program that restricts access to platforms of this kind;
• Not be an employee, service provider, partner, or immediate family member of anyone with privileged access to 556d's operations.

Registration is individual and non-transferable. Each Player may maintain only one active account at 556d. Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits, accumulate bonuses, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension and cancellation of any balances involved.

3Player Account

The account at 556d is personal, non-transferable, and the sole responsibility of the registered Player. By creating your account, you take on the following obligations:

• Keep your registration details (name, CPF, email, address) accurate and up to date at all times;
• Keep your login credentials (email and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone;
• Immediately notify 556d support in the event of unauthorized access to your account or suspected misuse;
• Not allowing third parties to use your account to place bets, even if they are family members or friends.

556d is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the Player's failure to safeguard their credentials, such as sharing passwords or using public devices without logging out afterward.

Account balances are non-transferable. Transfers between accounts held by different individuals are not permitted. Unclaimed balances in accounts inactive for more than 24 consecutive months may be subject to prior notice to the Player before any further action is taken.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 556d are processed within BRL (R$). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the process. Accepted payment methods are exclusively those available for the Brazilian market:

• Pix — instant deposit, withdrawal in up to 5 minutes, available 24/7. Minimum deposit: R$ 10.00;
• Boleto bancário — credited within 1 to 3 hours on business days. Minimum: R$ 20.00. Valid for 24 hours;
• Credit/debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo. Instant approval. Minimum: R$ 20.00;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — digital wallets with instant approval. Minimum: R$ 10.00;
• TED Transfer — available at all Brazilian banks (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Inter, C6, and others). Minimum: R$ 50.00.

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00 for all methods. 556d charges no fees on withdrawals — the amount requested is the amount received in full. Any transfer fees charged by the Player's bank are the bank's responsibility.

For withdrawal processing, the Pix key or destination bank account must be registered under the same CPF as the 556d account holder. This rule is non-negotiable and exists to protect the Player against fraudulent withdrawals.

Deposits from cards or accounts held in third-party names will be refused and returned to the sender. 556d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain amounts, in line with internal anti-money laundering policies.

5Bonuses & Promotions

A 556d offers promotions and bonuses for new and active players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — validity period, rollover, eligible games, and betting limits — communicated at the time of the offer. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each bonus may be used by each Player one time only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• The rollover (wagering requirement) determines how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes available for withdrawal. Example: a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 10x rollover requires R$ 1,000.00 in valid bets;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward the rollover requirement for Sports Betting bonuses — check the specific terms of each promotion;
• Bonus balances have an expiry date defined in the promotion. Once expired, the amount is automatically removed with no possibility of recovery;
• The balance deposited by the Player (excluding the bonus) may be withdrawn at any time, regardless of the rollover status;
• 556d reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abusive activity is detected, such as low-risk parlay bets placed solely to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk.

6Sports Betting

Sports Betting at 556d cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Série B, and international competitions), volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, tennis, esports (CS2, Free Fire, League of Legends, Valorant, Dota 2), and dozens of other sports.

The specific rules for each betting type — including early settlement, abandoned events, result criteria, and live betting — are described in the Betting Rules section within the platform. The general rules that apply to all bets are:

• A confirmed bet is irrevocable — bets cannot be canceled or changed after they have been confirmed, except in situations expressly provided for in the rules of each game type;
• Live bets are subject to a minimum confirmation period to prevent wagers placed with prior knowledge of the outcome;
• In the event of a draw in a market that does not offer a draw outcome (such as certain esports formats), bets will be voided and stakes refunded;
• Events cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours will have bets voided and stakes returned to the Player's balance;
• Odds displayed due to a technical error or an obvious human error (odds significantly above or below market value) may be corrected or the bets voided by 556d, with the staked amount refunded;
• The minimum bet is R$ 2.00 per ticket. The maximum limit per bet varies depending on the sport, event, and specific market.

7Casino & Poker

The casino games available on the 556d — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and live casino with dealers — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by independent specialized testing agencies. Live games are broadcast in real time with human dealers and follow the traditional rules of each game type.

Poker at 556d — Texas Hold'em, Omaha PLO, MTT tournaments, and live Casino Hold'em — operates under the following general conditions:

• No form of collusion, use of prohibited assistance software (bots, unauthorized HUDs), or chip dumping is tolerated;
• The system monitors betting patterns in real time to detect anomalous behavior;
• Guaranteed (GTD) tournaments in BRL are held according to the schedule published on the platform. If the guaranteed prize pool is not reached, 556d covers the difference;
• In the event of a disconnection during a poker hand, the system applies the "all-in protection" rules as specified in the tournament or table rules.

The average RTP (Return to Player) for slots and casino games is available in each game's description within the platform. All casino games are for entertainment purposes and carry a risk of loss — never bet amounts you cannot afford to lose.

8Prohibited Conduct

A 556d has zero tolerance for conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, other players, or the operation of its services. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Multiple accounts: creating more than one account to accumulate bonuses, circumvent limits, or for any other purpose;
• Money laundering: use the platform to move funds of illicit origin. 556d reports suspicious transactions in accordance with Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation;
• Match fixing: betting on events in which the Player has a direct influence over the outcome or access to privileged information;
• Bonus abuse: systematic exploitation of promotions through very low-risk bets calculated solely to meet rollover requirements without genuine exposure;
• Identity fraud: submitting false documents or documents belonging to third parties during the verification process;
• Use of bots or automation: using automated software to place bets or play poker in place of a human player;
• Poker collusion: coordination between two or more players to disadvantage other participants at tables or in tournaments;
• Abusive behavior: harassment, threats, or offensive language directed at support staff or other players in live chat channels.

Any identified prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances arising from the irregular activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable.

9Account Closure

The Player may request account closure at 556d at any time, without needing to provide a reason, through our support channels — live chat, email, or WhatsApp. Before closure:

• The available balance eligible for withdrawal will be processed according to the standard withdrawal rules;
• Active bonuses not yet released for withdrawal will be cancelled without refund;
• Open bets will be settled once the outcome is determined, with winnings credited or losses deducted as normal.

556d may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following situations: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, request by competent authorities, or prolonged inactivity as defined by internal policy previously communicated to the Player.

If the account is closed at 556d's initiative through no fault of the Player, the available balance is returned in full. If closure results from a violation of these Terms, balances linked to the identified infractions may be withheld as compensation for the damages caused.

10Responsible Gambling

A 556d is genuinely committed to responsible gambling as a real internal policy — not just footer text. The platform provides the following tools directly within the Player's account area:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly limits. Once a more restrictive limit is set, it takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period applies;
• Loss limit: set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period before the account is automatically blocked from making new deposits;
• Cooling-off period: temporary platform access block for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, as chosen by the Player;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure with a ban on re-registration at 556d. This option is irreversible;
• Protection for players under 18: strict age verification at registration and during identity verification processes.

12Limitation of Liability

A 556d makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available and running properly. However, 100% uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. 556d is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or technical failures beyond our control;
• Losses caused by the Player's internet connection failures during live betting or casino sessions;
• Betting decisions made based on incorrect information provided by third parties or sources outside the platform;
• Financial losses resulting from bets placed within the rules — the outcome of bets is inherent to the nature of the service and does not constitute a failure or liability of the platform.

In the event of a proven technical failure that results in an incorrect credit or debit to a Player's account, 556d will correct the error as soon as it is identified, regardless of which party benefited from the mistake.

13Changes to the Terms

A 556d may update these Terms at any time, with prior notice to the Player. Changes are notified by:

• Email sent to the address registered on the account, with at least 7 days' notice for changes that affect Players' rights;
• In-platform notification at login, prompting the Player to read and accept the new version.

Changes that are purely administrative in nature and do not affect Players' rights may be made without prior notice. The current version of the Terms is always the one published on this page, showing the date of the last update. The current date of this version is January 2026.

Continued use of the platform after a new version of the Terms takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with any update, you may close your account as described in Section 9.

14Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the 556d platform that cannot be resolved amicably through the platform's support channels will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Brazilian courts.

556d is committed to resolving any disputes amicably before pursuing any legal action. For formal complaints, Players may use 556d's official support channels or contact the consumer protection bodies established under Brazilian law.
